Lula Lambert is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Resident in Art Therapy. She completed her Master of Arts in Art Therapy and Counseling at George Washington University. Lula provides therapy to individuals and families for a range of issues including anxiety, depression, stress and conflict, life transitions, grief and loss, and behavioral issues. Through the use of art therapy, play therapy, and sand tray therapy, she creates a space for clients to cultivate coping skills, initiate self-expression, and stimulate self-reflection and insight. Lula is also a certified yoga instructor, and incorporates mind-body connection and mindfulness practices into her therapy. She has received specialized training in trauma and grief treatment, as well as in autism treatment.
