Elizabeth is a M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern. She is in the final year of her degree from Bellevue University. Under the supervision of Sarah Briggs, Elizabeth utilizes play therapy and an attachment-based approach to help children, teens, and their caregivers find greater connection and healing. She provides an empathetic and compassionate space for clients to process trauma, anxiety, depression, loss, behavioral/attachment issues, and life transition challenges.
