Amy is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor (RPT-S). She completed her Masters of Social Work degree from Catholic University. Amy provides therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families, and she specializes in using play therapy and expressive arts therapies, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and interpersonal therapy in her work. She treats anxiety, depression, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, life transitions, relational issues, fertility, parenting, and grief/loss. In addition, Amy also has a subspecialty in women’s reproductive health issues with a focus on fertility and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs). She currently leads groups throughout the DC metro area for first-time mothers through Parent and Childhood Education (PACE).
