Allyson is a Resident in counseling. She completed her Masters and Education Specialist Degree at Seton Hall University. Using an integrative approach that invites clients to build on their emotional awareness and continue their healing journey, Allyson supports individuals experiencing anxiety, anger management challenges, grief, self-esteem obstacles, and behavior concerns. Allyson is trained in Play Therapy, Attachment work, Expressive Arts approaches, and Parenting Support. She also has experience working in elementary and middle schools as a school counselor.
