Our practice does not participate with any insurance plans. We do provide a monthly Superbill which documents your payment for services at the time of your appointment. This Superbill contains all of the information insurance carriers require for you to submit for out-of-network reimbursement on your own.
We suggest you contact your insurance provider directly to learn about your specific rate of reimbursement for an out-of-network provider. Clients may be able to receive some level of reimbursement depending on your particular plan.
